Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Customer

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24–48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are non-refundable.

  • No-show (failure to collect the vehicle at the agreed time without prior notice) is non-refundable.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during booking.

  • Any transaction or bank processing fees incurred are non-refundable.

Early Return

  • No refund will be provided for early return of the vehicle before the end of the agreed rental period.

Cancellation by Company

  • If the company is unable to provide the reserved vehicle due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued, or an alternative vehicle of similar value will be offered.

Deposit Refund

  • Security deposits will be refunded after the vehicle is returned and inspected, provided there are no damages, fines, late returns, or outstanding charges.

  • Deposit refunds are typically processed within 7–15 working days after vehicle return.

Peak Periods & Promotions

  • Bookings made during peak seasons, public holidays, festive periods, or promotional offers may be non-refundable. This will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

Amendments

  • Changes to booking dates or vehicle type are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Any difference in price is non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

General

  • By confirming a booking, customers agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.

  • The company reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
